Everything to know before ordering from Intai Candles, including delivery, damaged packages, refunds, and safe candle use.
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, sales, or busy seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout.
Intai Candles currently ships within the United States. Standard shipping is available at checkout, and local delivery is available for eligible ZIP codes when shown during checkout. Enter your delivery ZIP code in the cart to check eligibility, then select Local Delivery in secure checkout if it appears. Orders of $59 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Delivery times may vary based on carrier volume, weather, holidays, and other delays outside of our control. Please confirm your shipping address before submitting your order.
Because candles are home fragrance products, used candles cannot be returned. Returns or exchanges are considered only when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Cancellation requests may be made within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not already been processed or shipped.
If your candle arrives damaged, email intaicandles@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered must be handled with the carrier first. We will do our best to help where we can.
Intai candles are hand-poured in small batches. Slight variations in wax appearance, color, texture, scent strength, or surface finish are normal and part of the handmade process.
Fragrance experience may vary depending on room size, airflow, burn habits, and personal scent sensitivity.
