Scope

This policy applies to intaicandles.com and the forms, checkout links, and order services reached through it. It does not replace the separate privacy terms of a provider when you use that provider's hosted service, such as Stripe Checkout.

Information We Handle

• Information you submit: email address and, on offer forms, first and last name.
• Checkout and order information: cart items, quantities, ZIP code used to check delivery options, order status, contact and delivery details, and transaction references. Stripe handles payment-card details in its hosted checkout.
• Fulfillment information: recipient, shipping address, package, carrier, label, and tracking details needed to fulfill an order.
• Technical information: ordinary request information that hosting and security systems may receive, such as IP address, browser or device details, requested page, timestamps, and error or security signals.
• Optional analytics information: website usage and interaction information collected by Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity only after you choose “Accept optional.”

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• respond to signup and first-access requests;
• create checkout sessions, process and support orders, and provide receipts;
• arrange shipping or eligible local delivery and provide tracking;
• maintain lead, order, and inventory records;
• protect, troubleshoot, and improve the website; and
• understand site use when optional analytics consent has been given.

Services That Help Operate the Site

Information may be processed by service providers for the purposes described above:

• Netlify provides website hosting, serverless functions, and form-related infrastructure.
• Stripe provides hosted checkout, payment processing, tax and promotion features, and payment or receipt records.
• Airtable stores authorized marketing-lead and operational order records.
• Shippo supports shipment creation, labels, carrier services, and tracking.
• Google Fonts supplies typefaces and may receive ordinary request information when fonts load.
• Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are optional analytics tools and are loaded only after optional analytics consent.

The Klaviyo integration is paused. This website build does not load Klaviyo scripts or send form submissions to Klaviyo. If that changes, the site and this notice should be updated with the applicable choices.

Cookies & Browser Storage

Essential browser storage supports features you request. Local storage keeps the cart as product SKU and quantity pairs and remembers your privacy choice. Session storage may remember temporary page state, such as whether an offer was dismissed during the current browser session.

Optional analytics cookies or similar identifiers are not enabled until you choose “Accept optional.” If you choose “Only essential,” the site does not load Google Analytics 4 or Microsoft Clarity. Your browser may also offer controls to remove cookies and stored website data.

Your Choices

• Use the Privacy choices control on any page to accept or reject optional analytics.
• Use the unsubscribe option in a marketing email to stop future marketing messages.
• Contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you. Some information may need to be kept for orders, accounting, fraud prevention, or other legal and operational needs.

Retention & Security

Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including order support, business records, accounting, dispute handling, security, and applicable legal obligations. Retention can vary by record and provider.

We use practical safeguards appropriate to the website and the services involved. No website, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us so the request can be reviewed.

This notice may be updated when website practices or service providers change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
